After releasing “Mind Pollution” (LP) through Thrash Out Records, LIES! return with a bouncing hardcore statement. “Blind Weight” delivers the band’s trademark mix of 90s metalcore, straight-up hardcore and modern heaviness, packed into a track built on pressure, frustration and raw intensity.
Adding even more firepower, the track features Jem Siow from the band or should we say gang called Speed, one of the most iconic hardcore singers in modern hardcore. His guest part pushes the song deeper into confrontational territory and connects LIES!’ metallic hardcore roots with the current global wave of aggressive, high-energy hardcore.
Known for explosive live shows and an uncompromising sound, LIES! from the upper north of The Netherlands have shared stages with Hatebreed, Sick Of It All and Agnostic Front, toured relentlessly across Europe, and joined the 2025 Rebellion Tour with Madball, Speed, Guilt Trip and Death Before Dishonor. The band will also hit the road in 2025/2026 with Born From Pain.
